You will complete a structured 12-week induction, build high-performing teams and drive toward ambitious targets while supported by an area manager.

On successful completion you may move into a General Manager role or other leadership positions within the group, with extensive development opportunities and industry exposure.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading a team and developing a business.
• Willingness to drive across a district to support venues.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop your team across multiple venues within the district.
• Train and inspire teams to deliver great guest experiences.
• Support business to achieve food and drink targets and drive profitability.
• Work with your area manager to execute the induction plan.
• Progression opportunities to General Manager or other leadership roles.
