PZ Cussons in Manchester is seeking a Modern Workplace Enablement Lead to drive adoption of Microsoft 365, Copilot and Power Platform across the business. You will shape digital workplace strategies and deliver AI-enabled solutions that boost productivity and streamline processes.

This permanent role combines technology expertise with business insight, enabling teams to work smarter while building internal capability and governance to secure scalable deployments.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of Microsoft 365, Copilot and Power Platform across the business.
• Identify opportunities for AI, automation and digital innovation that improve productivity and simplify processes.
• Lead workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to turn ideas and business challenges into practical, high-impact solutions.
• Develop proofs of concept, prototypes and automation solutions that demonstrate value and accelerate business improvement.
• Enable and support citizen developers through coaching, guidance and reusable frameworks that build confidence and capability.
• Review solution designs and supplier recommendations to ensure technology investments are scalable, secure and aligned to business needs.
