Job summary

poltronesofà UK in Milton Keynes is seeking a Retail Sales Advisor to welcome customers in store and discuss our furniture range. The role offers a basic salary of £22,628–£26,507 with an uncapped commission structure that can push earnings beyond the base.

You will work as part of the Retail team, delivering a 5-star customer experience, handling orders, applying for finance, and meeting KPIs while keeping showrooms tidy and inviting.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and apply it in store.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in store and help them choose furniture.
• Process orders and finance applications accurately.
• Meet personal sales targets and KPIs.
• Deliver a 5-star customer experience as part of the team.
• Keep showrooms tidy and presentable through housekeeping.
• Ensure a safe, welcoming showroom environment.
• Maintain knowledge of poltronesofà products and services.
• Undertake other duties as required.
