Based in our head office in Weston-Super-Mare, you will act as the first point of contact for our customer base in a fast-paced environment, joining a friendly team with full training and clear development paths.

Qualifications

• Proficient with spreadsheets and data handling.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating supplier and customer logistics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate parts orders from start to finish.
• Track and update customers and internal teams on status.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Support technicians with parts availability and information.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations through organisation.
