Job summary

T3AM Global is seeking a reliable Furniture Delivery Driver's Mate to support its delivery operations from Warrington to Shrewsbury. You will assist with loading, unloading, and handling heavy furniture, working as part of a two-person team.

Expect a physically demanding role with regular lifting, a Monday–Friday pattern from 8:00 to 18:00, and a focus on safe, professional customer service. Daily duties include stock loading and delivery support across routes.

The Company

We are recruiting on behalf of a growing furniture business looking for a reliable and hardworking Driver's Mate to support its furniture delivery operations in Shrewsbury.

The business operates from a depot in Warrington, where stock is collected before being transported to Shrewsbury for delivery to customers. The role involves assisting with loading and unloading furniture, carrying heavy items, and ensuring deliveries are completed safely and efficiently.

Due to ongoing operational requirements, we are looking for a physically fit, dependable individual who takes pride in their work and enjoys working as part of a team.

The Role

As a Furniture Delivery Driver's Mate, you will work alongside a delivery driver to ensure furniture is collected from the Warrington depot and delivered to customers in and around Shrewsbury.

This is a physically demanding, hands-on role involving regular heavy lifting, moving bulky furniture, and assisting with deliveries throughout the working day.

The successful candidate will be comfortable with manual handling, working as part of a team, and providing excellent customer service when interacting with customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or other physically demanding work.


• Candidates without previous delivery experience but who have a strong work ethic and are comfortable with physical work are also encouraged to apply.

What's On Offer

• Daily pay of £100.


• Estimated annual earnings of £26,000, based on five paid days per week across 52 weeks.


• Monday to Friday working pattern.


• Scheduled working hours of 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, although the team typically finishes earlier depending on the day's deliveries.
