Job summary

Co-op Funeralcare is seeking a Care Logistics Manager to lead funeral logistics in Hull & Scunthorpe. You will coordinate the delivery of funerals, manage operational teams, and ensure resources are in the right place to meet high standards.

You’ll drive continuous improvements, support the team daily, and apply a strong logistics background in a dynamic environment. This role operates 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a rota for 24/7 coverage.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate funerals and ensure resources are in the right place at the right time.
• Lead and develop a team of funeral service operatives, drivers and embalmers.
• Resolve logistical issues and continuously improve operations across the area.
• Act as escalation point for logistical challenges.
