Funeral Arranger £12.62 per hour plus benefits. Part time, 18.75 hours per week, working Wednesday afternoons and all day Thursday and Friday. Location: 102 High Street, Nailsea, BS19 1AH.

Responsibilities include: • Supporting clients by organizing family visits and answering guest questions as a ‘non-certified’ funeral arranger.
• Referring regulated work, like selling and advising on funeral plans, to a certified colleague.
• Building positive relationships within the local community.
• Managing the funeral home alone at times.
• Assisting with manual handling of coffins and deceased.
Ideal candidates will have: • A passion for delivering excellent service and building relationships.
• Strong communication and administrative skills, with attention to detail.
• High levels of empathy, discretion, and care.
