Job summary

James Frank Associates Ltd. is seeking a Funds Paralegal in London to join a leading US law firm on a full-time, permanent basis. You will work closely with Associates and Partners to support day-to-day matters and transactions in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years' experience as a paralegal/legal assistant, with a preference for private funds, corporate or transactional work. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Paralegal / Legal Assistant.
• Prefer experience in private funds, corporate or transactional work.
• Excellent administrative skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Organised and attentive with the ability to liaise with clients at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lawyers with fund formation matters, including preparation and management of documents and agreements.
• Support with fund operation and compliance matters, maintaining matter records and deliverables.
• Support fund transactions and manage all transaction and matter administration.
• Liaise and coordinate with clients.
