Job summary

James Frank Associates Ltd. is seeking a Funds Legal Assistant to join their international US law firm. You will support Associates and Partners in day-to-day matters, fund formation, operation, compliance, and fund transactions.

The ideal candidate has at least two years' experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant, preferably in private funds or corporate work, with excellent administrative skills and the ability to work under pressure while keeping meticulous records.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant.
• Preferably with experience in private funds, corporate or transactional work.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lawyers with fund formation matters, including the preparation and management of documents and agreements.
• Support with fund operation and compliance matters, maintaining matter records, coordinating documents and tracking deliverables.

Our client, a leading US Law Firm is seeking a Funds Legal Assistant to join them on a full-time, permanent basis at an exciting time of growth for the firm.

Due to increased workload and a strong period of growth our client is looking for a Funds Legal Assistant to join their team, where you will be working closely with Associates and Partners in order to support in the smooth-running of day-to-day matters and transactions.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Paralegal / Legal Assistant, preferably with experience in private funds, corporate or transactional work.

Key Experience

• Ability to liaise with colleagues and clients of all levels across the firm
• Able to provide a highlevel of support to a range of sub-terms within the department, ensuring the highest standards are maintained at all times
