Job summary

James Frank Associates Ltd. is seeking a Funds Paralegal to join a leading US Law Firm on a full-time, permanent basis. The role involves supporting day-to-day fund matters, coordinating documents, and liaising with clients to ensure smooth transaction execution.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant, with a focus on private funds or corporate work, and possess strong administrative skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar Paralegal / Legal Assistant role with a focus on private funds or corporate work.
• Excellent administrative skills with accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Organised and able to liaise with colleagues and clients at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lawyers with fund formation matters, including preparation and management of documents and agreements
• Support with fund operation and compliance matters, maintaining matter records, coordinating documents and tracking deliverables
• Support fund transactions
• Manage all transaction and matter administration
• Liaise and coordinate with clients
• Assist with the review of all fund documentation relating to investors in private equity and venture funds
