Job summary

Rutherford is partnering with a leading US firm to recruit a Funds Associate (2-5 PQE) for their London team. The role involves private fund formation and fundraising across private equity, venture capital, growth equity, infrastructure and private debt, alongside GP/LP-led secondary transactions.

You will work under a range of partners, gaining access to top-tier knowledge and training and handling matters at the forefront of the funds market.

Qualifications

• At least two years PQE in private funds work.
• Experience from a leading US or UK practice.
• Willingness to engage in business development.
• Strong academic record.

Responsibilities

• Assist in private fund formation and fundraising across private equity, venture capital, growth equity, infrastructure and private debt.
• Work on GP/LP-led secondary transactions.
