CLERGY SUPPORT TRUST is seeking an External Engagement Officer to provide essential administrative and operational support across fundraising, events and communications. You will join a small, dynamic team and lead projects focused on comms, fundraising, events, marketing and press, while developing a broad skill set.

The role suits someone early in their career, with at least 1 year in communications, fundraising or event management, and strong organisational and CRM capabilities, including

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and tech abilities with CRM systems.
• At least 1 year of experience in communications, fundraising, or events.
• Confident, resilient, and able to coordinate complex event logistics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Fundraising and Data Support: manage contacts, update CRM, reconcile monthly income, thank supporters, assist legacy giving, support prospect research, liaise with Finance on income and gift processing.
