Job summary

Peterhouse in Cambridge is seeking an experienced Database Manager to lead the administration of the alumni database (Raiser’s Edge) and support the College’s ambitious fundraising program.

You will design queries, exports and reports, ensure data quality, liaise with the Development Office and University CUDAR, and provide training to colleagues. A degree or equivalent and strong organisational skills are essential; full-time 5 days or part-time 4 days.

Qualifications

• Experience of extracting data from Raiser's Edge in a fundraising context.
• Degree or equivalent education.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to train staff and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Act as principal administrator for the alumni database (Raiser’s Edge) and day-to-day operations.
• Design and run complex queries, exports and reports.
• Ensure data is cleaned and updated in a timely manner.
