Qualifications

• Experience using a CRM database, preferably fundraising, ideally Raiser’s Edge.
• Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Database Administration: maintain donor records, update consent preferences, run data quality reports.
• Income Processing And Reporting: input donations, process payments, generate income reports.
• Supporter Engagement And Communications: respond to supporters, steward donors, support with communications.
• Wider Team Support: attend events, assist with administration and project tasks.
