Tailored resume and cover letter, ready to send.
Bliss is seeking a Fundraising Assistant to support data, trusts and partnerships across the fundraising department. You will process and clean supporter data, build trust and corporate pipelines and ensure timely, personalised donor communications.
Based in London with a hybrid arrangement, this entry‑level role provides hands‑on experience in fundraising operations, data management and stakeholder stewardship, with scope to develop specialist skills.
Every gift to Bliss — from a £20 donation made through our website to a grant from a family trust or a six-figure corporate partnership — needs to be recorded accurately, thanked properly and stewarded well. This role makes that happen.
Every day, babies are born premature or sick and families face one of the most frightening and uncertain times of their lives. At Bliss, we support those families, champion better neonatal care and drive change across the UK.
We are looking for an organised, curious and detail-driven Fundraising Assistant to play a vital support role across three areas of our Fundraising department: Fundraising Operations and Data, Trusts and Foundations, and Partnerships and Philanthropy. This is a varied, hands-on role and a strong entry point into the world of fundraising
The Fundraising Assistant keeps the engine of our fundraising running. You will process and clean our supporter data, help build and maintain our pipeline of trusts and corporate prospects, and make sure that every donor and partner hears from us promptly and personally.
Day-to-day, you will work across multiple teams, picking up tasks that range from data processing and prospect research to drafting thank you letters and coordinating stewardship activity. It is a broad and varied role, with real scope to develop specialist skills in whichever area interests you most.

Studies have shown that women and people of colour are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification. At Bliss we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role, but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every aspect of the job description, we encourage you to apply to tell us what you can offer our organisation. You could be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
