Job summary

North Devon Hospice is seeking a part-time Fundraising Admin Assistant to join our fundraising team. The role covers a wide range of admin tasks, from data entry to donor appreciation, with a flexible 30-hour week, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.

You will be part of a supportive team in a beautiful setting, enjoy excellent benefits, and contribute to improving lives in the local community. Pro rata salary is £19,800–£24,800 per year depending on experience.

Qualifications

  • Great eye for detail with ability to handle a wide range of admin tasks.
  • Experience with databases is beneficial.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

Responsibilities

  • Support a wide range of admin tasks, from data entry to donor acknowledgements.
  • Maintain and input data into donor databases.
  • Provide support to the fundraising team as needed.
  • Ensure accurate and timely correspondence with supporters.

Fundraising Admin Assistant £24,800 per year pro rata, actual salary £19,800 per year, 30 hours per week.

From data entry to thanking people for their donations the role will be flexible and rewarding. To succeed in this role, you will have:
