About Us
We’re an award-winning charity fundraising agency with nearly 30 years of experience, delivering fundraising and awareness campaigns for some of the UK’s most well-known charities such as Dogs Trust, Guide Dogs, and Breast Cancer Now.
Our passion for fundraising continues to grow, and we raise over £40m for our charity partners each year.
The Face-to-Face Charity Fundraiser Role
This is a pride-inducing job where you'll make a genuine difference to the lives of those in need while developing your skills and career opportunities.
As the face of our charity clients, you'll interact with the public, seeking support through regular monthly direct debit donations or lottery sign-ups.
All Charity Link fundraisers are employed on permanent contracts, providing security with a regular income and potential to earn more.
You'll receive charity-branded clothing and equipment (including stands, pull-ups, tables, gazebos, etc.) as well as an electronic tablet for signing up donors.
Working hours vary based on venue footfall, with typical days from 11 am to 7 pm, especially during the crucial 5-7 pm hours for signing up donors.
This hybrid Door-to-Door / Private Site fundraising role requires flexibility to work either on the doors or in private sites.
We welcome candidates who are flexible, possibly working on doors during weekdays and private sites on weekends, especially during summer show seasons. You may be moved to a private site at any time of the year.
Door-to-Door fundraising occurs at pre-allocated postcodes near your home, while Private Site fundraising takes place at shows, events, stores, town centers, shopping centers, and train stations, all pre-booked by our venues team.
The work hours will vary based on venue footfall, with evenings being particularly effective for donor sign-ups.
During the first 12 weeks of training, you'll receive comprehensive support, including an induction and mentorship, to build your skills, resilience, and confidence.
Opportunities for growth and increased earning potential are available as you gain experience.
Life as a charity fundraiser is dynamic, rewarding, and full of diverse interactions with inspiring people.
If you're confident, optimistic, resilient, and enjoy talking to people, this could be your ideal role!
