Position: Work From Home Charity Fundraiser / Telesales Advisor

Job Overview:

A Bristol based charity fundraising call centre is expanding and requires creative and passionate people to join the team. This is a work-from-home position indefinitely.

Requirements:

1. Recent call handling, outbound telesales, or fundraising experience.
2. A decent laptop or computer and a USB headset with a microphone.
3. A reliable broadband connection with an upload speed above 8 Mbps and a download speed above 25 Mbps.
4. Good communication skills on the phone.
5. A passion for charity and the ability to input information into a computer.

Training:

There is a telephone interview including a script-based roleplay. Weekly remote training sessions will be conducted on Zoom. The training is paid, but the first 2 days (14 hours) will be held back until you complete 120 hours of service.

Working Hours:

The role involves working an 8-hour day (7 hours paid), five days a week, between the hours of 12:00-20:00 Monday to Friday, including one Saturday from 10:30-18:30. If you work on Saturday, you will receive a day off during the week.

Compensation:

The position pays £11.55 per hour, with the potential to rise to £11.95 per hour and then to £12.50 per hour based on consistent target achievement. There are good OTE commission opportunities. During the training/Graduation Bay, the pay rate is £11.45 per hour (for the first 2 weeks depending on performance).

The target is 15 sign-ups per week. Achieving this target will earn you an extra £2 per hour on the base rate. Each sign-up beyond the minimum target is compensated at £17.50 per sign-up.
