Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Fundraiser role based in Halifax. The Fundraiser will engage members of the public in designated retail, event, and community locations, sharing charity stories and inspiring individuals to commit to regular support. Responsibilities include conducting professional, compliant donor conversations, completing sign-ups accurately, and meeting agreed performance targets while maintaining high ethical standards. The role involves tracking daily activity, reporting results, and following campaign guidelines and compliance training. The Fundraiser will collaborate with team leaders and colleagues, participate in briefings and ongoing training, and represent Unique Fundraising and partner charities in a respectful, approachable manner.

• Reliability and flexibility to work on-site in Halifax, including varied locations and shifts as required.
• Previous experience in fundraising, sales, customer service, or public-facing roles is beneficial but not essential.
