Job summary

Charity Link is seeking passionate fundraisers to join a Private Site Fundraiser role. You will travel to venues, set up engaging stands, and motivate the public to support long‑term donations.

No prior fundraising experience is necessary as we provide award‑winning training. The role offers flexible 3–5 day contracts with a base salary of £26.4k and an OTE of £45k–£55k.

Qualifications

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic are required.
• Resilience and ability to work to targets, including weekends.
• Valid UK driver's license and access to your own vehicle are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to different venues and set up engaging fundraising stands.
• Engage with the public to raise awareness and secure long‑term donations.
• Represent charities with energy and storytelling to maximise support.
• Work every other weekend and travel approximately an hour from home daily.

We're looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our team of charity fundraisers, working on behalf of some of the UK's most loved charities. As a Private Site Fundraiser, you'll travel to different venues, set up engaging fundraising stands, and engage with the public to raise awareness and secure long‑term donations.

No Experience Necessary

Don't worry if you don't have prior experience in fundraising or sales - we provide comprehensive, award‑winning training to equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed. Our training program is designed to help you build confidence and expertise in representing our charity clients and inspiring people to support their causes.

Flexible Contract and Competitive Package

Enjoy the flexibility of choosing a contract between 3 to 5 days per week, with a full-time base salary of £26.4k and the opportunity to earn up to OTE £45-£55k

About You

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Resilience and ability to work to targets
• A valid UK driver's license and access to your own vehicle
• Comfort with working outdoors and independently
• Ability to work every other weekend and travel (on average) an hour away from home each day
• Fundraising, sales, or customer service experience is desirable, but not essential - we value your negotiating and storytelling skills and enthusiasm
