Job summary

Charity Link is recruiting fundraisers to inspire public support for life-changing causes. Working at pre-booked venues, you’ll talk to shoppers and sign people up for monthly donations, making a real difference in your community.

We offer a guaranteed basic salary of £26.4k plus OTE £45-55k, with incentives, a healthcare plan, and 30,000 retailers discounts. Full training is provided, and you can work full-time or part-time.

The Role

Working at pre-booked venues (e.g., supermarkets, shopping centres, events ), you’ll engage with the public, sparking meaningful conversations and signing people up for monthly donations.

The role of a fundraiser is about genuine, face-to-face engagement with purpose. Join us to work full time or part time.

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Confidence to speak to members of the public and build quick rapport
• Reliable, resilient, and target-driven individuals
• Previous fundraising or sales experience is a bonus – but not essential as full training will be provided.
