Job Title: Charity Fundraiser & Field Sales Representative

Working Hours: 35 hours a week + overtime available

We are seeking enthusiastic Charity Fundraisers to join our team and help promote soe of the UK's largest charitable organisations. Based in Greater London, you'll represent top charities, gaining long-term supporters and helping build awareness around impactful causes.

Whether you have experience in field sales or have skills from other roles that translate well, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to help make a real difference.

Your Daily Role

As a charity fundraiser you will:

• Approach people at high traffic-areas such as busy train station and shopping centres.
• Engage with the public, presenting well-known charities in an inspiring way to secure committed, long-term donors.
• Meet daily and weekly fundraising targets with integrity, enthusiasm, and respect in every interaction.
• Attend regular training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on charity initiatives and hone your fundraising skills.

Anthro Fundraising are hiring Field Sales Representatives & Charity Fundraisers in your area, to work on behalf of some of the largest charitable organisations across the UK.

If you believe you have experience in field sales or have worked a role with transferable skills, then you could be the perfect candidate for this role. This role involves directly representing some charities from all over the UK to gain new long term donors and spreading brand awareness.

Your Day to Day Duties

• Engage with members of the public in residential areas.
• Represent leading UK charities professionally and confidently.
• Inspire people to become long-term supporters of important causes.
• Work towards personal and team fundraising targets.
• Continuously develop your communication, sales, and leadership skills.

What were looking for

• The ability to passionately communicate the mission and impact of our partner charities whilst also being enthusiastic.
• Comfort working outdoors in varied environments, with a positive attitude to achieving collective goals.
• Ability to work closely with team members.
• Experience in fundraising or sales is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided to the right candidate.
