Job summary

School of Coding Ltd is seeking a Project Manager, Education Strategy, Frameworks & Funding to lead funded programmes across the SOC Group. You will design, mobilise and deliver education initiatives, ensure compliance and drive learner outcomes across NEET and adult employability paths.

You will build strong partnerships with funders and providers, manage contracts and reporting, and lead mobilisation of new awards with a focus on quality and impact.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Experience delivering education, training or employability programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate funding opportunities including UKSPF, Skills Bootcamps, Local Authority and Combined Authority frameworks and DfE or ESFA funded programmes.
• Support bid shaping, tender submissions and the development of a strong programme pipeline aligned to organisational growth plans.
• Design education and employability programmes that meet funding requirements and learner needs.
