Qualifications

• At least three years' fund accounting and administration experience.
• Proven ability to resolve accounting or securities validation issues.
• Experience implementing procedures and controls to improve operations.
• Experience training and managing a team with clear objectives.
• Strong emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and anti-fraud measures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of accurate accounting and securities records for each fund.
• Investigate and resolve issues breaching validation tolerances in JP Morgan systems.
• Build collaborative internal and external client relationships to drive results.
• Implement operational procedures to complete tasks accurately and on time.
• Provide training to new hires and set performance objectives.
• Partner with Operations, Technology, Product, Sales, and Program Management.
• Identify vulnerabilities in fund servicing processes and improve resilience.
