Strong emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance of accurate accounting and securities records for each fund.
Investigate and resolve issues breaching validation tolerances in the JP Morgan system.
Build collaborative relationships with internal teams and external clients to drive results.
Implement operational procedures to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Provide training to new hires and establish performance objectives.
Partner with Operations Teams, Technology, Product, Sales, and Program Management.
Identify vulnerabilities in fund servicing processes to enhance efficiency and resilience.
