Job summary

Internwise is seeking a Fund Operations Intern in London to support daily fund operations and reporting. You will work closely with the Fund Operations team to monitor cash flows, reconcile transactions, and assist with reporting to investors.

The role is ideal for a motivated student pursuing finance or accounting, with strong analytical, Excel, and communication skills. Central London location offers exposure to a diverse fund range and potential future employment opportunities.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Strong interest in the investment management industry.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of fund accounting and financial reporting is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and reconcile fund cash flows, including subscriptions, redemptions, and distributions.
• Maintain accurate records of fund transactions and ensure timely reporting to investors.
• Support the fund accounting process, including performance reporting.
• Liaise with fund administrators, custodians, and other service providers to ensure timely processing of fund transactions.
• Conduct research and analysis to support fund operations.
• Provide general administrative support to the Fund Operations team as needed.
