Job summary

Macquarie Group in London seeks an Associate to develop and manage fund control functions for Insurance Capital Solutions funds and products. You will partner with stakeholders across Credit and Insurance, including Luxembourg and Gurugram teams, to deliver timely investor reporting and fund controls, while applying IFRS and multi-currency expertise in a complex asset management environment.

Qualifications

• Certified or Chartered Accountant with 4+ years’ post-qualification experience, preferably in alternative asset management and private credit.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and multi-currency environments.
• Experience with international fund structures (LPs) across Luxembourg and US.
• Experience in risk management and managing fund entities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage fund control functions for Insurance Capital Solutions funds.
• Collaborate with Credit, Insurance and external fund administrators to meet reporting obligations.
