Job summary

Macquarie Group in London is seeking a Manager in Global Credit Assurance to perform assurance reviews across credit risk frameworks, assess controls and governance, and produce practical insights to strengthen risk management.

You will engage stakeholders across the business, analyze credit risk data, identify trends and vulnerabilities, and help design, measure and report risk controls in a central, independent function within a hybrid work model requiring three days on site.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years in a credit risk discipline, preferably credit assurance
• Strong understanding of credit risk frameworks and controls
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders at multiple levels
• Advanced stakeholder management and collaborative, solutions-focused approach
• Ability to interpret complex information, identify trends and apply judgement

Responsibilities

• Conduct assurance reviews across credit risk frameworks and assess controls and governance processes
• Analyse credit risk data, identify trends and potential vulnerabilities
• Provide practical insights to strengthen risk management practices and reporting
