Job summary

Apollo Global Management, Inc. is seeking a Fund Controller with 4–7 years in fund finance to support European Credit operations. You will collaborate with investment, valuation, tax and client solutions teams to ensure accurate, timely financial information and robust controls.

Key duties include monthly/quarterly fund reporting, fee calculations, valuation support, investor queries, and expense analysis, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and process improvement using AI tools.

Qualifications

• 4 - 7 years of experience in fund finance or fund administration.
• Qualified accountant.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience using AI tools and technology to drive process improvement.
• Proven ability to take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Monthly and quarterly reporting for closed-ended and open-ended funds.
• Maintenance and review of accounting records on Investran and VPM, including reconciliation to administrator records.
• Maintenance of information in the investor and fund performance portal.
• Calculation of management fees and carried interest.
• Assisting in the quarterly valuation process.
• Responding to investor queries.
• Fund liquidity, budgeting and expense analysis.
• Review, allocation and approval of invoices and expenses.
