Senior Consultant | Financial Control & Fund Finance | Coopman Search & Selection

Coopman London is partnering with an early-stage VC fund in London to hire their second finance team member.

This role reports to the CFO and will oversee fund accounting responsibilities, with potential assistance in corporate accounting duties.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing fund accounting, financial reporting, and valuations
• Managing capital calls, distributions, and investor allocations
• Liaising with auditors, tax advisors, and fund administrators
• Ensuring regulatory compliance (e.g., FCA, AIFMD)
• Maintaining investor reporting and performance metrics
• Monitoring fund cash flow and budgeting
• Supporting portfolio company financial oversight and exits

This is a unique opportunity as the second finance hire, offering exposure to senior stakeholders and a dynamic environment, working closely with founding partners and deal teams.
