You will gain exposure to corporate secretarial matters, investor records on eFront, and the preparation of boards packs while developing professional qualifications and financial services experience in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Pursuing ICSA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Some financial services experience to support the role.
• Proficient computer literacy and software skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Administer funds, management companies and fund structures under supervision.
• Prepare agendas, circulate board packs and draft routine meeting minutes.
• Maintain investor records on eFront and process changes
• Prepare and issue payment instructions for fund expenses
• Coordinate routine fund operations, investor calls and distributions
• Ensure regulatory and statutory filings are completed on time
• Assist with accounts distribution and filing processes
• Support induction and training of trainee staff
