Job summary

Qualifications

• ICSA/STEP/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
• Strong fund administration experience.
• Knowledge of local legislation and corporate governance.
• Strong people management, communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage client portfolios and team workloads
• Attend Board and Committee meetings and oversee minutes/actions
• Ensure compliance with local legislation, AML/KYC, risk policies and procedures
• Develop client relationships and support business development
• Coach and develop team members
• Support financial oversight and continuous improvement
