Job summary

CSC in Jersey seeks an experienced Funds Manager to lead the Funds team, ensuring accurate governance and high-quality client reporting. You will drive relationships with clients and the team, aligning with Jersey regulatory standards and internal processes.

The role emphasizes leadership, compliance with local legislation, and proactive development of fund administration services while maintaining confidentiality and effective stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Experience in fund administration and governance
• Strong client relation and communication skills
• Familiarity with Jersey local legislation and regulatory expectations
• Ability to lead and develop a team to meet service level agreements

Responsibilities

• Manage interaction within the Funds team and conduct meetings
• Attend client Board and Committee meetings and record accurate minutes
• Oversee portfolio management for clients and provide guidance per internal processes
• Ensure timely completion of tasks to support the Funds team and clients
• Promote compliance with internal policies, local legislation and KYC/Money Laundering controls
• Liaise with the Jersey Financial Services Commission as needed
• Deliver services that meet CSC and client service standards and risk policies
• Develop team skills through appraisals, coaching and performance management
• Support business development and maintain confidential client documentation
