Are you a creative, hands-on Tutor who believes learning should be fun and engaging—not all chalk and talk?

Join a brilliant start-up delivering a Study Programme for 16–25-year-olds with EHCPs (SEMH, Autism, ADHD, and care-experienced). You’ll teach Functional Skills English, Maths, and Employability—but in your own style.

Forget worksheets! Teaching percentages? Take learners to the shops during a sale. Lessons are interactive, relevant, and build confidence and life skills.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Teaching small groups (5 learners + LSA)
2. Delivering English, Maths & Employability through creative, real-life approaches
3. Planning interest-led sessions (English specialists welcome!)
4. Using the PACE model to support learners

What You’ll Need:

1. A Level 5+ teaching qualification (DTLLS, PGCE, QTS)
2. Passion or experience in SEN education
3. Creativity and a learner-first mindset
