Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd in Bacup is seeking a dedicated Functional Skills Tutor to provide personalised 1:1 tuition to learners in Bacup during school hours.

You will deliver Functional Skills English and/or Maths, plan lessons around individual needs, support SEN learners, and monitor progress. This part-time role pays £25–£30 per hour and offers weekly PAYE pay, with a dedicated consultant.

Qualifications

• 1 year’s UK teaching or tutoring experience
• Strong knowledge of Functional Skills English and/or Maths
• Experience supporting SEN learners
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
• Right to work in the UK
