National Grid Electricity Transmission's Asset Management team plays a critical role in shaping the future of the UK's electricity transmission network. As our Functional Effectiveness Manager, you'll work closely with the Director of Asset Management and Senior Leadership Team to ensure the function operates at its very best.
This is a highly visible role focused on driving performance, capability and organisational effectiveness across the department. You'll bring structure, insight and strategic oversight, enabling senior leaders to make proactive decisions, develop future capability and maintain a clear view of priorities, risks and opportunities.

We're looking for a highly organised and performance focused professional who can comfortably manage multiple priorities while building strong relationships across a complex organisation.
A competitive salary between £60,000 – £75,000 – dependent on capability
As well as your base salary, you will receive a bonus of up to 30% of your salary for stretch performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%.
