National Grid in Warwick, UK is seeking a Data Solutions Manager to support the development, implementation and management of systems and processes that improve data quality and governance across Corporate Affairs and the wider business.
You will translate colleagues’ data and technology requirements into practical deliverables, design dashboards in Power BI, and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to drive value while working in a hybrid environment.
Supporting the Head of Systems, Frameworks & Digital Transformation, the Data Solutions Manager and the Systems and Frameworks Manager, this role will support the development, implementation and management of systems, frameworks and processes which help colleagues across Corporate Affairs and the wider business deliver their collective objectives, with a particular focus on data quality and data management. The purpose of Corporate Affairs is to protect, promote and enhance the company’s reputation in our UK and US territories. It is to build and help others build the reputation that National Grid needs to succeed in the short and long term.
The person in this role will be responsible for understanding colleagues’ data and technology requirements and ‘translating’ these into technical deliverables for the Systems, Frameworks & Digital Transformation and Research, Insights & Performance teams.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of data and technology and a keen interest in the practical application of AI and emerging technologies. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex information effectively. It requires a proactive self-starter who can analyse problems, identify practical solutions, and work independently while engaging colleagues where appropriate.

This role is based in Warwick, UK, with hybrid working.
Rewards and benefits
Salary £43,000 to £53,000 commensurate with experience
As well as your base salary, a bonus and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%.
