A leading recruitment agency is looking for a Functional Assessor in Portadown. This role offers flexible working hours with a salary of £38,500 - £39,500 plus significant overtime bonuses. Candidates must have at least one year's experience as a nurse, physiotherapist, occupational therapist or paramedic. Qualifications

  • One year's post-registration experience as a Nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, paramedic or doctor.
  • Fully registered with NMC or HCPC.
  • Based in NI, Wales or the Midlands of the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments via paper-based, face-to-face, video, or telephone.
  • Write clear, evidence-based reports (400-500 words), 5 per day.
  • Provide detailed justifications for NIDFC decisions.

Overview

Functional Assessor (WCA) – Location: Portadown

Hours: 37.5 hrs per week (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, flexible start time)

Salary: Full time - £38,500 - £39,500 + significant overtime bonus

Overtime incentive:

  • £50 per case
  • £200 bonus for completing 10 additional cases in a month period – earn an extra £700
  • £500 bonus for completing 20 additional cases in a month period - earn an extra £1500
