Job summary

sjb medical is seeking a Functional Assessor based in Bristol to conduct functional assessments and produce high-quality reports using clinical judgement to evaluate a wide range of health conditions. Qualifications

• Registered healthcare professional (Nurse, Physiotherapist, OT, Paramedic or Pharmacist).
• At least 12 months post-registration experience in the last 5 years.
• No restrictions to practice.

• Conducting functional assessments and producing high-quality reports.
• Using clinical judgement to evaluate a wide range of health conditions.
