Job summary

Everpool is recruiting Registered Nurses in the Southwest to become Functional Assessors, offering hybrid working between home and site-based assessments. You’ll apply clinical judgement and communication skills in a structured role with full training provided.

You’ll assess health conditions and their impact on daily living, complete health and functional assessments, and produce clear reports while maintaining your post‑registration credentials.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current NMC registration.
• Post-registration clinical experience.
• Ability to perform health and functional assessments.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to work hybrid and learn the role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct health and functional assessments and PIP/WCA evaluations.
• Review clinical information and supporting evidence.
• Apply nursing knowledge and clinical reasoning in reports.
• Produce clear, evidence-based assessment reports.
• Engage with individuals from diverse clinical backgrounds.
