Haven is seeking a cheerful Fun Shop Assistant to be the friendly face in our Fun Shop. You’ll help guests find souvenirs and sell bingo tickets, blending retail duties with the entertainments team to follow gambling regulations.

The role rewards an outgoing personality and a love of guest-focused service. Your day involves respectful interactions, handling cash and card payments, maintaining tidy displays, and supporting all departments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is beneficial but not required—training is provided.
• Outgoing and friendly personality with a passion for excellent service.
• Confidence handling cash and card transactions accurately.
• Ability to collaborate efficiently with all departments.
• Flexibility to work weekends, bank holidays, and evenings.

Pay Rates: Up to £12.71 per hour depending on age
Join our One Great Team here at Haven as a Fun Shop Assistant, where you’ll be the friendly face of our Fun Shop, helping guests find the perfect souvenirs and selling bingo tickets! This role combines retail duties with collaboration alongside our entertainments team to ensure we meet gambling regulations, adding an extra layer of fun to our guest and owners experience.
