Job summary

Demandflow is seeking an accomplished frontend developer to bring ambitious B2B website concepts to life in the browser. You will shape the finished look and feel, from layout decisions to interaction timing, working with designers from early ideas through build.

You’ll champion strong visual execution, accessibility, and performance across devices while collaborating with CMS teams and other engineers. Fully remote with flexible collaboration hours.

Qualifications

• Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript and React as core stack with production experience in Astro and Next.js.
• Experience delivering live websites or coded experiences with strong visual execution and ability to explain your contribution.
• Strong animation skills with GSAP, Motion, or browser APIs across devices.
• Practical accessibility knowledge: semantic markup, focus management and reduced motion.

Responsibilities

• Develop browser experiences: build responsive pages and prototypes with designers; refine typography, layout and interaction as content changes.
• Create motion and interactive product experiences; test timing, touch, keyboard use, reduced motion, and performance impact.
• Build reusable components and integrate with CMS; collaborate with Frontend Engineers and document behavior.
• Own finished quality: ensure accessibility, performance, and crawlability; validate AI-assisted code with tests and browser checks.
