Job description

Design B2B marketing websites that make the brand distinctive, the product clear and the next step feel natural.

The opportunity

Design B2B websites that make the brand distinctive, the product clear and the next step easy to understand. You’ll shape the experience from early ideas through detailed Figma designs, then work with developers to carry the thinking into the finished site.

Website UI/UX should be your strongest skill. At a mid-to-senior level, you’ll also create product visuals and illustrations, contribute to brand identity and use motion to bring ideas to life.

Working hours: Availability to collaborate across GMT and EST time zones

What you’ll do
  • Shape the website experience: Understand the business and its audience, then develop the creative direction, information architecture and journeys. Take responsive designs from wireframes and prototypes to detailed Figma layouts.
  • Make the product easier to understand: Create product visuals, illustrations and diagrams that explain complex features and workflows. That could be a composition of product screens or a diagram showing how something works. Give each visual a clear purpose in the page’s story.
  • Bring the brand to life: Develop or extend the visual identity across the site. Create simple animations and motion studies, then work with developers on interactions that support the experience.
  • Carry the design through to the build: Create organised Figma systems and clear specifications. Account for responsiveness, accessibility and performance, review the implementation and resolve details with developers. Present your thinking to clients, plan delivery with Project Leads and use growth insights where available.
The expertise you’ll bring
  • Mid-to-senior UI/UX experience with a portfolio of marketing websites taken from concept to finished design.
  • A strong visual eye, distinctive creative direction and careful typography and composition. You understand information architecture and how visitors make decisions.
  • Advanced Figma skills across components, auto layout and prototyping, with files other people can use confidently.
  • The ability to create product visuals and illustrations, working motion skills in tools such as Jitter or After Effects, and some brand identity experience.
  • Practical responsive design and accessibility knowledge, with experience collaborating through development constraints and the finished build.
  • Confidence using AI for visual exploration and faster design work, with your own ideas and judgement shaping the result.
  • Clear communication, thoughtful responses to feedback and the ability to manage your work across several projects.
Useful additional experience
  • Agency work with B2B, SaaS or technology companies.
  • Familiarity with Webflow and how designs translate into reusable website components.
  • Using research, performance data or experimentation to improve a website after launch.
How we’ll help you grow

Develop your website craft alongside product visuals, brand and motion. Explore ideas with designers, developers and strategists, contribute to our design standards and build towards creative leadership through your performance and impact.

What we offer
  • Performance bonuses and a clear path to promotion.
  • Access to frontier tools.
  • Dedicated learning time, funded development and regular feedback.
  • Work with specialists across brand, design, development and growth.
  • 25 days’ paid leave, plus Christmas time off.
  • Fully remote, with a flexible schedule around your role’s collaboration hours.
