Responsibilities

• Support pupils' learning, wellbeing and independence, including those with SEND or additional needs.
• Work with teachers to deliver learning activities, interventions and behaviour strategies.
• Promote inclusion, positive relationships and engagement across the classroom and school.
• Prepare and organise learning resources and keep a safe, positive learning environment.
