Qualifications

• Previous experience within education would be beneficial, but it isn't essential.
• Background in childcare, youth work, tutoring, mentoring, sports coaching, care work or volunteering welcome.
• Experience of SEND, Autism, ADHD or learning difficulties advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils during lessons and independent activities.
• Work with individual pupils needing additional guidance.
• Lead or assist with small-group activities.
• Help pupils understand and complete classroom tasks.
• Reinforce instructions from the class teacher.
• Support reading, writing and maths across the curriculum.
