Job summary

Mencap is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for its services in Uckfield. You will join a team supporting people with learning disabilities, helping with daily activities and delivering compassionate care to enable individuals to live the life they choose.

The role is full-time, with a 37.5 hour week and shift patterns including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins. A supportive, inclusive workplace offers training and career development opportunities.
