Hightown is seeking a Female Support Worker for Trinity Court in Aylesbury. The role focuses on person-centred support and personal care within a residential setting for adults with learning disabilities.

You will help residents develop daily living skills, draft support plans, and contribute to risk assessments while working with a collaborative team to maintain high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is required.
• Care certificate or willingness to undertake a care qualification is required.
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support and personal care with dignity and compassion.
• Encourage daily living skills including budgeting, shopping, cooking and cleaning.
• Draft personalised support plans and contribute to risk assessments.
