Job summary

Hobbs Field, Horsham is seeking two Support Workers to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. Salary £25,614 to £26,016 annual salary, hourly rate £13.28-£13.48 depending on experience.

As a Support Worker you will empower people to live the life they choose, focusing on Active Support to increase independent living skills and community participation.

The role requires safeguarding commitment, DBS check, 5 years referencing and a health check, with a 37-hour work week at Hobbs Field.

Qualifications

• Basic literacy and numeracy to record and document activities.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety, First Aid, Fire procedures, Manual Handling - Desirable.
• NVQ 2/Diploma in Care or equivalent qualification - Desirable.
• Experience in care settings with people who have disabilities - Desirable.
