Job summary

Dimensions Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Gosport for a full-time role (37.5 hours per week). A full UK driving licence is essential to drive an automatic mobility vehicle. You will provide person-centred support to help a gentleman in his 50s live independently, with personal care, shopping, meals and community access, while building a trusted relationship.

Sleep-in shifts are available. Shifts are typically 10:00–20:00 or 7:00–22:00, with overtime pay and progression

Comfortable supporting people with personal care
Able to build genuine relationships and support independence
Confident driving an automatic mobility vehicle
Passionate about helping people live fulfilling lives

Responsibilities

Encouraging and supporting him to take part in activities he enjoys
Providing personal care with dignity and respect
Supporting with shopping, meal preparation, household tasks, cleaning and laundry
Assisting with medication administration
Supporting community access, appointments and social activities
Driving the mobility vehicle as required
