Job summary

SCHUH is seeking a Full Time Stockroom Assistant for our Manchester Trafford Centre store. You will handle deliveries and ensure products are available for customers, while maintaining high standards in the stockroom.

Additionally, you’ll greet customers, offer in-depth product knowledge, and manage click-and-collect orders. Full training is provided; retail experience is helpful but not essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with stock control and merchandising is advantageous.
• Familiarity with click-and-collect operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process new deliveries and keep stock available for customers.
• Maintain high stockroom standards and organize stock.
• Dispatch orders and manage in-store click-and-collect items.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Stockroom Assistant to join our store in Manchester Trafford Centre.

Hourly rates will match or exceed the national minimum wage for your age.

About what you’ll be doing

• Processing new deliveries and ensuring our exciting new product is available for customers
• Maintaining the highest standards possible in the stockroom
• Dispatching customer orders from store and managing in store click and collect items
• Striving to meet KPIs and personal targets
• Delivering the highest level of customer service possible, greeting and approaching customers and providing in depth product knowledge
• Processing payments, customer orders and reservations
• Stock management and shop floor merchandising
• Assisting with opening/shutdown procedures
• Previous experience is not essential, however customer service and/or retail experience would be preferable. Full training will be given for the role.
